BEES IN TREES??

Sometimes honey bees decide to build a home for their queen in the trunk of a tree. If you think that has happened, you call the honey bee rescuers to come and save the bees and the queen and relocate them to a safe place. Once we have safely removed the bees from the trunk we are left with a place in the trunk where the bees may come back if we don't fix it correctly. We place insulation inside the tree trunk where the hive had been. Then we place a layer of concrete on top of the insulation so that raccoons or any other animal cannot get in there. Remember, don't try this on your own. Call Lewis Davis at 936-525-9143.
